driven by her own journey of self-discovery following her late ADHD diagnosis.

Rosie’s mission is to use ADHD Untangled as a vehicle to help others live more meaningful

the wellness industry, she empowers individuals to navigate life’s challenges with resilience,

In addition to coaching and podcasting, Rosie is a passionate movement teacher who loves

inspiring content. She is also committed to giving back to the ADHD community, raising money
for ADHD charities close to her heart. Outside of work, Rosie enjoys spending time with her family,
