Are you happy with the world's leaders?

No, me neither.

I see many hypocrites who lack integrity, who prioritise profits over people and the planet, and who rule through arrogance and fear.

Okay… so let’s do it differently. Let’s not hand the world over to the psychopathic and privileged.

The tricky thing is that many of us have been conditioned into not seeing ourselves as the leaders we are. BUT, you don’t have to be a CEO, president or superstar to be a leader.

Leaders are normal people who take responsibility for themselves and impact their world. We are all leaders. We lead from where we are.

Do you want to unlock your embodied leadership?

Leadership can also be scary. The fear of failure. The fear of being seen. Even the fear of success.

“Who am I to lead?” is a question anyone with humility asks.

Many of us hold ourselves back, even though we know we already influence people and want to make a difference.

Most of us do not yet truly embody who we can be as leaders, but WE CAN.

Our limiting patterns can be overcome, we can step up, we can unlock our true leadership potential.

Be a beacon in a mad world

Would you like to find your own authentic embodied leadership style and have a greater impact on your world?

By focusing on your unique strengths and working with your embodiment, you can.

You have something to give the world. In these crazy times you can be a source of inspiration, hope and strength.

Join the course if you’d like to unlock your leadership potential. It’s the most comprehensive embodiment course I’ve ever put together, filmed over half-a-year.

For all things embodiment and leadership, this could be the course for you…

Embody Your Leadership

This training is the most complete embodiment course we've ever put together.

To shift as a leader, you need to shift your body. This training contains practical exercises to help you to make that change.

Practical tools
& techniques

embodied learning

global community

Embody Your Leadership will enable you to really see yourself as a leader and not be scared of that.

You will unlock your full leadership potential and find your authentic style to truly make a difference in your world.

This course gives you the opportunity to uncover and unleash your most authentic and unapologetic self, using your unique skills in an area meaningful to you, whether you want to:

There will also be the invitation to take on a real-world project. This can be small and close to home, so don’t worry – you don’t need to run as the next president.

Examples of leadership projects could be starting a community group, launching a new offering, or even working on an aspect of yourself that’s an example to others.

While this course is aimed at the individual to start with themselves, coaches, trainers and facilitators will also love this very rich library of exercises for clients too. Feel free to help others with what’s in the course.

Move past procrastination, fear and doubt

Reconnect with your energy and purpose and learn embodied processes to do this on demand.

Fully embody your strengths

Recognise the ways YOU lead best and then practise embodying these qualities with confidence and clarity.

Fulfil your potential and contribute to the world

Uncover the unapologetic leader in you and take powerful actions in the world to change people’s lives.

How the course works

This course is the most complete library of embodied leadership practices we’ve ever put together.

There are three main parts to the course:

Self-paced course content

You can pick and choose what's most relevant to you or work through the course systematically.

Weekly LIVE leadership labs

8 weeks of support from Mark to practise your leadership skills in a small, real-life project of your choice.

Connection and accountability

There will be optional peer groups, access to a dedicated learning platform, and a personal journal.

What are the Leadership Labs?

People learn from two things: embodiment practices, which have to be individually tailored, and action-learning, i.e. learning through doing.

With action-learning, people can start very small and build momentum over time. This is what I’ve done, and I love supporting others in this way.

That’s why you’ll be encouraged to choose a real-world project, big or small, in the Leadership Labs.

With the Leadership Labs, you’ll get my support to help you with your project. They add community, accountability and support to the complete embodiment course.

The LIVE Leadership Labs (tutorials) start on Tuesday June 21 at 6pm UK time / 1pm EDT.

June 21 – 6pm UK / 1pm EDT

June 28 – 6pm UK / 1pm EDT

July 5 – 6pm UK / 1pm EDT

July 12 – 6pm UK / 1pm EDT

July 19 – 5pm UK / 12pm EDT

July 26 – 6pm UK / 1pm EDT

August 2 – 6pm UK / 1pm EDT

August 9 – 6pm UK / 1pm EDT

*Tutorials will be recorded in case you miss them or want to rewatch something.*

Lead teacher

“Leadership can’t be taught from a book, we have to walk the talk.

I never used to see myself as a leader as I grew up with a model for that, that just wasn’t me. Through some good role models however I realised that authentic embodied leadership came in all kinds of packages, and though embodied training started to grow the skills I needed.

I started with small projects in the aikido world where I was learning embodied capacities critical to self-regulation and influence. Eventually I moved onto running a business, doing large trainings, heading the world’s biggest Zoom event, and to the recent work in Ukraine.

I wasn’t born knowing how to do such things, but learnt through doing, supported by an embodied transformation journey. Practices and skills, that’s what the “magic” is all about.

I’ve been teaching this stuff to big-bucks-paying CEO’s and my mentees for some years, but this is the first time I’ve put this work out there for everyone. The Embody your Leadership program is my life’s work, and the live “lab” element gives people a chance to learn through doing. It’s like an incubator where I can support you to move forward.

If you want to embody your real potential and to make a difference, I hope you join us.”

Mark Walsh

Course leader,
CEO & Founder, Embodiment Unlimited

“Mr Embodiment” (Mark Walsh) is the author of Embodiment, Working with the Body in Training and Coaching, and Embodied Meditation.

He hosts The Embodiment Podcast (1 million+ downloads), The Embodiment Channel on YouTube (over 15M views), and led The Embodiment Conference (1000 teachers, 500,000 delegates). Seeing a theme yet?

Mark co-founded the Embodied Facilitator Course, and the online Certificate of Embodiment Coaching, certifying over 1000 embodiment coaches.

He gained an honours in psychology (despite been an alcoholic at the time), and has taught widely in the corporate world, pretending to be a grown up for years with blue-chip companies (e.g. Google, Unilever, Shell, Axa, L’Oreal), some of whom he charged wayyyy too much (as they made him wear a suit).

Mark has over 25 years of experience of extensive embodied practice. This includes several years of residential live-in aikido training, experience in a bunch of other martial arts, loads of yoga, bodywork, improv comedy, body therapy, conscious dance, experiential anatomy and meditation.

He has also triggered… sorry, taught… many yogis, NGOs, police officers, The NHS and several militaries (e.g. in Sierra Leone).

Mark has taught in over 40 countries (most of which will even let him back in), worked in various war zones, and taught over 50,000 children. He has headlined International Coach Federation events, taught at universities, in The House of Lords, lived with the circus in Ethiopia, founded the Sane Ukraine trauma education charity, and kissed a princess.

Embodiment is his obsession, life’s work, and frankly at this point he couldn’t get a job doing anything else. He dances like your dad at a wedding, impresses cats with his stroking, and offends pirates with his swearing.

He is now tired of writing in the third person. It’s getting weird. You get the point.

If I could choose one course...

“I’ve been following Mark’s work for five years, first from afar, then as a student, mentee and finally working with him.

I’d be surprised if anyone knew more about what Embodiment Unlimited offers than me.

If I had to choose just one course, this would be it.

I was there for the entire filming process, then reviewed it all and put it together.

Embody Your Leadership is what embodiment is about. Changing your world.

Want a complete course on embodiment? This. Is. It.”
