David Leung joins Allison Lindsay to talk about his journey with dance as an embodied practice, ways to experiences our lives through the body, dance as a healing practice for individuals and for cultures, paying forward, co-creating the story of humanity through sacred dance, using mundane movements to gain a deeper sense of our own embodiment, the origins of contact improv and how to use it as a way to make dance more accessible, adapting it to the capacities of our own bodies.
