She specialises in nervous system regulation, resilience, and holistic wellness, supporting those with persistent health challenges, chronic fatigue, persistent pain, stress, and burnout. Through education, embodiment practices, slow, mindful yoga, and meditation, she helps people cultivate awareness, nervous system resilience, deep self-connection, and sustainable well-being.
