So far I’ve written six books, including:
On top of that, I host The Embodiment Coaching Podcast (3 million+ downloads) and led the record-breaking Embodiment Conference (1000 teachers, 500,000 delegates)…which frankly almost killed me.
I founded the Certificate of Embodiment Coaching (CEC) and have trained over 2000 coaches. I’ve taught in over 40 countries, and in many organisations – e.g. Google, NHS, Oxfam, Unilever, Shell, L’Oreal, even the The House of Lords…my Dad was impressed by that one!
There’s an honours in psychology on the wall (which I got while drunk) and an aikido black belt (sober). Add to that 30 years of experience of martial arts, with yoga, bodywork, improv comedy, conscious dance and meditation. Bloody hippie.
My work has taken me to various war zones (including founding a trauma education charity in Ukraine), and with over 30,000 children in the UK. I’ve headlined International Coach Federation events, lived with a circus In Ethiopia, taught both celebrities and street kids, and kissed a princess. No, I won’t say who.
I host the Feral Philosophy YouTube channel to help young men with their mental health and meaning making. I’m funnier and more original than your AI, and yes, I do lift, thanks for noticing.
I dance like your dad at a wedding, impress cats with my stroking, and offend pirates with my swearing. I’ve survived addiction, debt, “cancellation”, divorce, burnout and PTSD, and now the British embarrassment of having to write positively about myself. What a legend 🙂
