Let’s keep it simple. Top tips for coming home to the body in 2018:
- Spend ten minutes each morning sitting still noticing your breath
- Do any kind of yoga a couple of times a week
- Eat when you’re hungry and rest when you’re tired (I know this one might sound simple but it’s profound)
- Spend an hour a day outside in nature
- Have your meetings and phone calls walking
- If someone you like invites you for vertical or horizontal dancing, dance
- Take Facebook and your email off your phone, and check e-mail once a day elsewhere
- Play with kids
- If you have addiction or trauma issues prioritise addressing them
- Be kind
