In a world of speed, stress and overwhelm, life can be a struggle. Ever found yourself…
If so, you’re not alone. Like many of us, you do what you need to so you can get through. With a “frazzled” nervous system, you may be relying on caffeine by day, wine by night, or filling your spare moments doom-scrolling or watching Netflix. Whatever it is, it’s understandable.
But if your body’s whispering “enough”, then it may be time for change. There are consequences to living on edge, and you deserve more than merely surviving.
Imagine waking purposefully each morning with energy you thought you’d lost. Imagine feeling good with a well-regulated nervous system.
Picture having the capacity to be there for the people you love, because you’re not “running on empty.”
How about joining a community where conversations go deeper than productivity or “must-do’s”. Where your nervous system is anchored in calm rather than buzzing with stress.
What if you could…
This is possible. It’s why we created Embodied Flourishing.
Through insightful self-inquiry, embodied practice and nourishing community, this membership will give you more than “quick fixes” for burnout, health problems or heartbreak. You’ll be supported to truly flourish and feel alive again.
We’ve created a learning journey where you’ll approach a deep-rooted, embodied sense of wellbeing and purpose… And the practical tools to sustain it through the challenges of daily life.
If you’re ready to stop pushing through life and start actually enjoying it, this membership might be for you.
This is something completely different for us.
Typically we sell 2-3 month courses for around $500. That’s going to continue – you can get what we have coming up below separately.
However, what we’ve found is that long-term practice within a community is key for most people to embed lasting change. That’s why we’ve created this Embodied Flourishing membership.
Instead of offering separate courses, we’re changing our model to an ongoing membership that includes each of these courses as part of a monthly membership at a much better rate. You’ll now pay less than half the price for each “course”, which we’re renaming as “journeys”.
There’s a “Meaning & Purpose Journey”, “Nervous System Health Journey”, etc.
Through each successive journey you’ll integrate and embed the tools you learnt on the previous one, along with practising some new ones, too. It’s real, deep and lasting.
We recommend committing long-term – to “complete” all journeys will take two years – but also appreciate that it won’t always remain a fit, so you can cancel at any time.
By the end you can expect profound transformation, rooted in deep meaning and with a whole toolkit to flourish throughout the chaos of life.
If that sounds interesting to you, read on…

There are 12 journeys over two years, each about two months long.
We start with the foundational journeys – meaning and nervous system health – then build on that core with boundaries, trauma, finances, and leadership throughout the first year.
During the second year (starting April 2026) we’ll revisit deeper spiritual work, strengthen resilience, and fine-tune relationships, mental health, and lifestyle before ending with meditation and integration.

Mark Walsh teaches embodiment, trauma education and resilience.
He is the author of Embodiment, The Body in Training and Coaching, Embodied Meditation and People Un-Pleasing.
He hosts The Embodiment Coaching Podcast (2 million+ downloads), and led The Embodiment Conference (1000 teachers, 500,000 delegates). Seeing a theme yet?
He co-founded the Embodied Facilitator Course, and the online Certificate of Embodiment Coaching Course. He has certified over 2000 embodiment coaches, and taught workshops in over 40 countries.
Mark gained an honours in psychology, despite been an alcoholic at the time.
He has taught widely in the corporate world where he pretended to be a grown up for years, including with blue-chip companies (e.g. Google, Unilever, Shell, Axa, L’Oreal).
He has worked in war zones (including founding a trauma education charity in Ukraine), and entertained over 50,000 children.
Mark has headlined International Coach Federation events, lived with the circus and in slums, taught celebrities, and kissed a princess.
He's an aikido black belt, and also has 28 years of experience of other martial arts, with yoga, bodywork, improv comedy, conscious dance and meditation.
Embodiment is his obsession, life’s work, and frankly at this point he couldn’t get a job doing anything else.
Mark dances like your dad at a wedding, impresses cats with his stroking, and offends pirates with his swearing.
He is now tired of writing in the third person. It’s getting weird.
Founder of Embodiment Unlimited
After a career as a doctor within the National Health Service, spanning 25 years, Helen retired as consultant psychiatrist due to health challenges in 2017.
Initially she found herself floundering in a new existence, with illness, pain and fatigue, and little idea how to help herself.
Having practised yoga on and off since the age of 16, she completed her teacher training and a array of other courses, including Spiritual Coaching, with Caroline Shola Arewa and Embodiment Coaching, with Embodiment Unlimited.
Helen's Yoga training was completed with Yoga Alliance International directly with Swami Vidyanand, and also with YogaCourse, YogaRenew. She deepened her training by working with Kristine Weber of Subtle Yoga since around 2018.
As a life-long learner, Helen has and continues to complete an array of other trainings.
Since retirement she's channelled her passion into holistic wellness: yoga, embodiment, building wellness and resilience.
She particularly likes working with people with persistent health issues, pain and fatigue.
Helen also supports people with stress, overwhelm and burnout (they are often the same people!)
She offers a blend of yoga, meditation, education, and embodiment exploration practices designed to promote wellness and resilience.
Sessions are crafted to be slow and mindful, fostering a deep connection within.
Whether you're new to yoga or have long standing experience, these practices are accessible.
Practices are all about developing your 'nervous system resilience'

after the end of a relationship, trauma, or illness that had you in turmoil
due to burnout, overwork or overwhelm
who is doing great and just loves personal growth!
… then the Embodied Flourishing membership might be for you.
“Many of us have a library of “shelf-help” books, or personal growth programs that end up in our graveyard of good intentions. The chaos of life gets in the way. It can be hard to find the time or the capacity to establish something new, particularly when it involves deep transformation.
So, we soldier on and do our best. But if you’re close to burnout – or already there – struggling with health, unsatisfying relationships, or wondering if your life’s on the right track, then maybe it’s time to try something different? Something organised… but gentle and manageable.
That’s why Embodied Flourishing moves at a pace that respects your life rather than throwing you in at the deep end or asking you to go it alone. We guide you step-by-step, month-to-month. You have the space to integrate without burning out, as that’d defeat the purpose! It’s a slow “fix” – that you can take your time with – as that’s what works.
Let’s be honest: real healing and growth takes time. Honestly, for me it took over a year to start recovering from my burnout, and two years to really flourish again. I think that’s realistic for most. You will, however, see a noticeable difference after four months. That’s how long the foundational meaning and nervous system health journeys (mini-courses) take, and you can cancel anytime if it’s not your thing.
The thing is, you can’t just think away chronic stress, health issues or heartbreak. Surprise surprise, it’s all about practice. If you’re stuck in fight-or-flight or shutdown, deeper rewiring is essential, which is what you’ll get with this. We’ll also keep coming back to your deeper ‘why,’ so motivation doesn’t fade once the newness wears off. A supportive group really helps. Alone it’s just too hard.
Embodied Flourishing includes:
Frankly, with all that it’s ridiculously good value. Compare it to the monthly rate of most courses, a local yoga class or even buying a daily coffee!
So, whether you’re having a tough time of it or you’re thinking about joining because you love lifelong learning and growth, you’re welcome.
Let’s have some fun and enjoy our lives again 🙂”
