fundamentals of coaching
Do you want to learn new tools that’ll open up insights for your clients?
If so, then this event may help you.
I do a lot of stuff, but what I do best is teaching trainers and coaches to work with the body. Simple, practical stuff.
Working with the body allows us to go deep quickly, and to make lasting changes.
This event will be helpful for those new to embodiment, along with experienced coaches, facilitators, and therapists. You can get coaching that I normally charge a lot for, or learn by watching. It’s free to attend live from November 12-14 (see the schedule below).
Over these three days, you’ll get an introduction to working with the body if you are new to it. You can also see what embodied coaching looks like (or experience it directly), and there’s a masterclass for more experienced people.
No doubt we’ll work with confidence, boundaries, marketing, leadership and resilience. All popular themes at past events, or jump in and we’ll cover whatever you like. If you don’t want to volunteer, no stress – you’ll get many of the same benefits from watching.
After each coaching demonstration, I’ll break down what I did and why. This is an invaluable way for coaches to learn.
If you’re an experienced coach or facilitator you may like to join the Advanced Masterclass on November 14 (numbers are limited so get in there). I’ll keep it practical.
If you buy a ticket for that, you will also get lifetime access to replays of all the other sessions, too.
No matter where you’re at – beginner or professional – you will come away from this event with a greater capacity to actually use embodiment coaching tools.
Experience the power of embodiment coaching first-hand
You’ll come away from this event with…
If you’re interested in our flagship course, the Certification of Embodiment Coaching (CEC), but unsure if it’s for you, this event will also allow you to see what it’s all about.
Along with me (Mark), you’ll also get to meet some of the other CEC trainers on this event. Feel free to ask us questions.
who wants to create deep, lasting changes with clients

CEO & Founder, Embodiment Unlimited
Mark Walsh leads embodiment, coaching and trauma education trainings.
He is the author of Embodiment, Working with the Body in Training and Coaching, and Embodied Meditation. Mark hosts The Embodiment Podcast (2 million+ downloads), and led The Embodiment Conference (1000 teachers, 500,000 delegates). Seeing a theme yet?
He founded the Embodied Facilitator Course, and the Certificate of Embodiment Coaching. Mark has certified over 2000 embodiment coaches, and taught workshops in over 40 countries.
He gained an honours degree in psychology (despite been an alcoholic at the time), and has taught widely in the corporate world – where he pretended to be a grown up for years – including with blue-chip companies (e.g. Google, Unilever, Shell, Axa, L’Oreal).
Mark has worked in war zones (including founding a trauma education charity in Ukraine), and entertained over 50,000 children. He has headlined International Coach Federation events, lived with the circus and in slums, taught celebrities, and kissed a princess.
Mark is an aikido black belt, and also has 28 years of experience in other martial arts, yoga, bodywork, improv comedy, conscious dance and meditation.
Embodiment is his obsession, life’s work, and frankly, at this point he couldn’t get a job doing anything else. He dances like your dad at a wedding, impresses cats with his stroking, and offends pirates with his swearing.
Mark’s now tired of writing in the third person. It’s getting weird.
Embodiment Coach & Somatic Educator
Christina is a lead trainer at Embodiment Unlimited, a passionate dancer and improviser who holds a Master’s in Social Sciences.
She has an aikido black belt and is a master of integrated mixed modalities from many worlds. Christina’s work has taken her all around the world, from London, Berlin and Switzerland, to South-East Asia and back.
She guides groups and individuals through embodied enquiry exercises presented in a playful package while targeting greater self-awareness and personal growth.
Christina’s mission is to bring people back to their bodies and establish the best relationship they could have with themselves and others.
She’ll teach you to trust and express yourself more fully, unlearn outdated patterns, and form new supportive habits to confidently create and relate.
Dance Instructor & Embodiment Coach
Flouer (pronounced “flower”) is an embodiment facilitator and partner dance instructor dedicated to helping people navigate the many relationships in their lives, beginning with the relationship to oneself.
She has a warm and encouraging approach to coaching, fostering growth through a blend of acceptance, integrity, and effective boundary setting.
Since 2010 Flouer has travelled the world facilitating experiences through Asia, Australia, North America and Europe.
As a proud graduate of both the University and Mentee programs at Embodiment Unlimited, she takes pleasure in integrating the company’s tools with her own modalities. Flouer also does this as an Assistant Trainer on the Certification of Embodiment Coaching (CEC) course.
Though she was born and raised American, between her travels for teaching she can be found spending quality time with her husband at home in Turin, Italy.
Aikido Instructor & Embodiment Coach
Ranko is a 4th Dan Aikido Blackbelt and Embodiment Coach who graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in 2002.
Through 27 years of practising Aikido, he redirected his love for aesthetics into a love for quality, functional movement and the relationship between body, mind and emotion (embodiment).
He continuously educates himself in the field of work with the body, mind and emotions. Amongst other things, Ranko is a certified Trauma Coach, Kettlebell Instructor and Systema teacher.
Ranko leads embodiment workshops and Aikido trainings for youth, along with coaching clients 1-to-1. He’s also an Assistant Trainer on the Certification of Embodiment Coaching (CEC) course.
When he’s not throwing people around in the Dojo, Ranko can be found with his wife and two dogs in their forest cabin enjoying the simplicity of nature.
