It won’t give you all the answers right away of course, but if you can put your mobile phone cynicism aside, it will help a lot immediately. It will also give you the best roadmap for growing meaning ongoing that exists. Yup, really 🙂
Developed through 30 years of psychology and purpose coaching, 20 years of sobriety, work in war zones, 25 years embodied practice, and more, “Life Before Death?” will help you figure out “what’s it all for?” and how not to waste your life on the utter bullshit the current culture presents us with.

Who this masterclass is for
This really not for everyone, but if any of these apply to you, consider it:
- You function, but life just feels a bit empty or pointless.
- You have tried hedonism and hit its limits.
- You feel that there’s more than materialism but aren’t sure what.
- You’re done messing around and don’t want to waste your one wild and precious life.
- You have ongoing low-level mental health or addiction issues. If serious or acute, it may be too challenging though.*
- You’re “spiritual but not religious”… but feel like you may need something a bit more substantial than that.
- You’ve tried psychedelics, mindfulness, going to Thailand, dressing up as an Indian, and chasing state highs generally, but it hasn’t satisfied.
- You’re instinctively fairly “conservative/traditional” but want to understand why and deepen your way of life.
- Or you’re liberal, but are done with the “woke” thing, and want to know what’s genuinely “progressive” now?

- Just another exciting way to get high.
What this masterclass will include
This is the culmination of a lifetime of work in embodiment, coaching and meaning seeking personally. It includes:
- Embodied work – expect to move
- Meditation and non-denominational prayer
- A lecture on the history and philosophy of meaning
- Telling your life story
- Poetry
- Concrete ways to improve areas of your life
- Really bad and really rude jokes
You will laugh, you will cry, someone may call the police 🙂 Fuck it.
There will also be some surprises…
Warnings
Do not come if easily offended… actually if you get “offended” at all. This workshop will be genuinely shocking in places to most people, and deeply upsetting to anyone even a bit “woke” or new age.
Do not come if you want trauma therapy or a “safe space” – while you will have full choice throughout, and I am deeply trauma informed, this is an appropriately dangerous learning environment for robust adults.
Do not come if you are actively suicidal or have had a recent bereavement, as we will be doing a fair bit of death meditation.
Do not come if you just want a light entertaining time – we will be asking hard questions and doing deep work.
