Do you also want a planet with more people in touch with themselves and each other?
Do you long to make a difference transforming lives? How about using what you’ve learnt about embodiment to help others?
Many of us love embodiment and know it’s incredibly powerful. And we’ve experienced how it can go even deeper in-person.
That’s why we’re now offering a live, in-person embodiment coaching certification: LECC (Live Embodiment Coaching Certification).
Coaching with the body is effective. It creates real, lasting shifts, and brings deep and lasting change. Embodied coaching is transformative, and it works.
But… learning to coach online is not for everyone. Some people learn better in-the-flesh, connecting face-to-face with other humans.
On this certification, you’ll get the best of both worlds: recorded materials to learn what you need in your own time, plus in-person trainings for depth, fun, and personal feedback.
At the end, you’ll be a certified embodiment coach. That way, you can support other people, and make the world a kinder, more connected place.
If you’re an embodiment enthusiast, this course will be a wonderful deep dive, and help you to support others. It’s also a great way to earn a living. Ethical, fun and deeply satisfying.
We can help you apply what you already know, and give you all the tools you need.
If you’re already a coach, you can add this to your skills.
Learning how to use the body safely will take your work to the next level. Talk alone isn’t enough for real change, and we can show you simple, powerful, non-athletic embodied tools. They will help you go deeper quicker, and make change stick.
And if you’re a group facilitator, LECC will give you the skills to facilitate 1-to-1, and with mainstream groups.
A flexible, in-person training to learn the principles and tools to coach safely with the body
with personalised support from experienced online embodiment coach trainers
With the support of our experienced team, you’ll plunge into your own embodiment, learning a host of techniques from a variety of different modalities.
You’ll also have a GREAT time, with lovely people, in gorgeous locations (I’m not gonna lie: that’s a major plus to in-person!)
You’ll then explore ways to teach these tools to your clients to bring about real, lasting change and support them in their growth.
The course is made up of live in-person workshops, peer-to-peer support, pre-recorded learning, and home practices. You will have the opportunity to practise with real-life clients and participants to solidify your learning.
The curriculum covers a range of practices and modalities. You’ll explore how they integrate with one another, and get a broad spectrum of tools to use with your clients.
and want to learn a clear, safe framework
who wants practical embodiment tools
looking for tools to work with mainstream groups or 1-to-1 clients
AND…
you’re open to learning, have a sense of humour, plus are actually fun to spend a lot of time face-to-face with…
Then LECC may be a great fit.
But, LECC is not for the sensitive, easily-offended, woke, new-age crystal-shaggers, people who know everything already, or those who do not want to look deeply at themselves.
This training consists of four mandatory parts to be certified:
To graduate LECC in Frome during 2024, you’ll need to attend all six modules (dates below).
Please note, accommodation and food is not included in the course fee.
While the intensives will be fun and deep, real change comes from consistent practice.
To certify, you will need to do about 30-40 hours of embodiment work, starting after your first intensive.
Depending on how long you spread it out over, that’s 1-3 hours each week.
To get the theory side (so we can make the most of in-person training), you’ll need to watch around 30 hours of online videos in your own time.
Many can be listened to while outside/walking if you hate being stuck to a screen. You’ll also have access to many more recorded demo’s and online classes if you’d like – we have quite a library.
You’ll need to undertake a coaching exam with Mark to get certified.
For 2024 LECC, it’ll be during the final module or after by video, too.
Typically, trainings start at 10am on the first day, and end 5pm on the last. It is necessary to attend in-full for certification, so check your travel plans.
Travel, food, and accommodation are not included in the course price.
All 2024 LECC intensives will be held in Frome, UK (near Bath), as Mark will be at home with a puppy so cannot travel.
All six intensives are mandatory, and have the schedule of 7-9pm UK time Friday, 9am-6pm UK time Saturday, and 9am-5pm UK time Sunday.
The dates for these are:
All live workshops will start with a personal deep-dive into embodied practice before moving into facilitation practice.
While there will be a little theory and space questions, experiential learning is central to the training. Theory and practice will also be provided as you work through the Foundations of Embodiment Course (FEC) online between workshops.
Workshops will be rich and intense explorations of embodied practice, with live support and feedback, and plenty of space for connection with other attendees.
We will teach you Embodiment Unlimited tools such as the four elements coaching, centring, leader-follower coaching; and more. This in-person experience will give you the opportunity to get feedback from Mark, to strengthen your personal practice, and allow you to facilitate embodiment creatively and authentically.
In-person and online peer connection for extra support from others on the same journey. You'll really get to know fellow "LECCers", gaining new perspectives and learning from them.
We'll get to know you personally during in-person workshops, giving you the 1-to-1 support you need to become an effective embodiment coach. There'll be extras too, like lunch with the team.
There's something more "alive" about in-person work. You'll hit greater depths, in natural environments that support rich embodied experiences, and have fun doing so.
You can’t read your way into embodiment, so the majority of the learning is practise-based both alone and with others.
We don’t like to beat around the bush. We deliver the exact learning you need to get the outcomes you want without any of the wishy washy nonsense around today.
We bring together many diverse points of view on embodiment and will never tell you there’s only one way of doing things. You can decide for yourself what you want to believe, use or not use.
We’re a culturally diverse team with 11 languages spoken between us. We aim to do everything from a trauma-informed culturally-aware point of view, with consent and care at the heart of everything we teach.
While we take what we do very seriously, we like to have fun while we do it. Having a sense of humour is important if you’re going to do any of our courses.
The team is extremely diverse and each brings their own perspectives and insights, bringing you the most practical techniques from a variety of different modalities and practices.
CEO & Founder, Embodiment Unlimited & The Embodiment Conference
“Mr Embodiment” is the author of Embodiment, Working with the Body in Training and Coaching, and Embodied Meditation. He hosts The Embodiment Podcast (1 million+ downloads), and led The Embodiment Conference (1000 teachers, 500,000 delegates). Seeing a theme yet?
He founded the Embodied Facilitator Course in the UK and Russia, and has trained over 2000 embodiment coaches in over 40 other countries (some of which will even let him back in).
He gained an honours in psychology (despite been an alcoholic at the time), and has taught widely in the corporate world where he pretended to be a grown up for years, including with blue-chip companies (e.g. Unilever, Shell, Axa, L’Oreal) whom he charged wayyyy too much as they made him wear a suit.
He has also upset… sorry, taught… many yogis, NGOs, police officers and several militaries.
He has worked in war zones, and entertained over 50,000 children. He has headlined International Coach Federation events, taught at Moscow State University, lived with the circus in Ethiopia, taught celebrities and kissed a princess.
Mark is an aikido black belt, and also has 25 years of experience of other martial arts, with yoga, bodywork, improv comedy, conscious dance and meditation.
Embodiment is his obsession, life’s work, and frankly at this point he couldn’t get a job doing anything else. He dances like your dad at a wedding, overshares about his gorgeous Ukrainian wife, and offends pirates with his swearing.
He is now tired of writing in the third person.

CEO & Founder, Embodiment Unlimited
“Training people to be embodied facilitators is my life’s work.
I do many things: trauma education in Ukraine, corporate work, embarrassing middle-aged dad-wedding-style disco dancing… but the only thing I do really well is this. I wrote the book on it… and I love it.
I want a saner, kinder, more embodied world. And those things go together. This is my purpose.
For years we taught coaches in person and had a great time doing it. When Zoom came along we realised we could teach online too. Virtual is great for accessibility and spreading learning out, but there’s no replacing the visceral, personal, FUN of getting together in the real world! I’m sorry but it’s also just more embodied.
In-person training is connected and enjoyable, but we’re also very practical – so if you want to be super-ultra-mega crystal-shagging spiritual… maybe stay away. And if that didn’t make the point already, we have a good time and aren’t exactly politically correct.
If you’re easily offended, find a course in Portland or some s**t, as we’ll be having fun learning. Frankly, we’re not everyone’s cup of tea, but you won’t find a better in-person embodiment coaching course than LEC, so if the bad jokes don’t put you off, I hope to see you there.”
If you complete all parts of the course (mandatory and recommended) – attend in-person, home practice, watch/listen to pre-recorded content, do an exam with Mark – and still feel like you haven’t got any practical tools you can use with clients, we’ll give you your money back.
We’re confident in this programme, so we’re happy to put our money where our mouth is.
If you enrol for LECC now, you’ll get access to these bonuses worth $1347:
“Top Embodiment Tips – From teachers from around the world”, is a collection of some of the most impactful and inspiring words spoken by leaders in the field.
This book is a compilation of quotes from the hundreds of speakers that have graced our training company’s events over the years.
In these pages, you will find a treasure trove of wisdom, insight, and inspiration to help you on your journey of embodiment.
Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or just starting out on your embodiment journey, you will find something in these pages that resonates with you.
(worth $448)

(worth $899)
Many coaches hesitate to work with embodiment. They worry it will bring up trauma, that their mainstream coaching clients will react badly, or they’re unsure how to apply theory to practice.
During this course, you’ll witness real coaching with real clients, explained one step at a time. Understand what works in practice, take away techniques you can apply immediately, and help your clients achieve meaningful and lasting change.

Anyone can buy this course and attend what they want. However, if you want a certificate of graduation, you need to do the following:
No. There’s a big commitment during the course to attend in-person intensives and learn/practice at home. If you aren’t prepared to commit this time, this isn’t the course for you.
That being said, the course is flexible and can be done in your own time (with various in-person options to choose from). So LECC is suitable to work around a busy diary.
Yes. This course is designed to give you practical tools that you can actually apply to mainstream/business environments.
Many of the facilitators have worked extensively at a high level in corporate environments around the world and with other sceptical groups.
Well, different styles suit different people. But if you’re sick of the guru-led, new-age stuff that’s out there – this course will be a breath of fresh air.
We’re one of the best when it comes to clarity and practicality too, and like to have fun while we learn. We’re happy to recommend alternative courses if this doesn’t sound like you.
Yes. This course gives you some great practical tools to coach with the body confidently and safely. We are world class in teaching this.
We also recommend complete beginners attend a standard coach training in addition if they are completely new to the career. In some countries this may also be necessary for insurance.
Hell no. The team who run the course have a sense of humour and like to have fun while they teach. If you’re easily offended, this isn’t the course for you. Please go back to the safe space that spawned you 🙂
Please know in addition to the course we ask you to read some books that may cause additional payments. Also get prepared to try out a few different practices with other providers that can carry small fees.
The in-person intensives also don’t include food, accommodation or travel.
Yes. Although please be mindful that working with the body can be triggering.
This course is purely educational, so if you are in need of therapy, please seek help from qualified professionals.
Yes, you’ll have access to handouts to help you properly digest the learning.
We have found that having a live stuff increases accountability and completion rates. If, for some reason, however, you do not manage to complete, you can do it again next year.
There’ll be an admin cost plus whatever difference in pricing there is (if there’s a difference in price).
Got a question we haven’t addressed here?
Just email support@embodimentunlimited.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
