More and more people feel anxious, disconnected, cynical, flat, or quietly overwhelmed.
Not because they’re personally broken. Not because they need another diagnosis.
But because the story we’re living inside no longer makes sense. Modernity is ending.
Modern psychology has become very good at deconstructing meaning – but not very good at rebuilding it.
We’ve learned how to analyse, pathologise, therapise and relativise almost everything… and in the process, many people have lost:
- A sense of direction
- A sense of beauty
- A clear ethical base
- A sense of meaning
- A sense of being fully alive in their bodies
This is what I mean by the psychological apocalypse. We’re hitting rock bottom, but this is good news.
