Are you done with new age BS... but love spirituality?

The modern spiritual supermarket can be shallow, confusing and full of charlatans.

It seems to be more about Instagram and affirmations than practical growth.

Toxic positivity, spiritual bypassing, and superstitious “love and light” attitudes run rampant.

And the crystal-shagging, dolphin-smooching, unicorn crowd, drive me a bit nuts!

Then there are the fundamentalists who take it very, very seriously, and say their way is the only way.

Nah, mate. There’s got to be a better way…

Feeling lost in the chaos?

Yes, it’s easy to roll our eyes at the superficiality and consumerism of modern spirituality, but what else is there?

There are so many disparate threads thrown under the banner of spirituality. It’s enough to make anyone feel lost.

What is spirituality? What role does the body have to play? Is it even possible to find a grounded approach that deeply integrates all the major influences on the field without resorting to “influencer” sound-bites or cult-like beliefs?

Well, hold onto your crystals, anti-seekers, as s***’s about to get practical…

Spirituality for where it actually matters...

The body is an anchor in times of spiritual confusion. Humour keeps it real, and pragmatism is key. So that’s what we’ve got for ya.

If you’re looking for an approach that’s fun, grounded and will help you in your daily life, then you may like to join us…

We’ll explore the five major threads weaved into the field of modern spirituality, and give you embodied tools for the actual world… where life really exists.

One word of warning, though. This event is not for the easily offended or overly serious. Best stay home and enjoy your righteousness 😉

What embodiment leaders say...

Why we're doing this now...

“I’ve been wanting to do an event on embodied spirituality for a long time.

Frankly, myself, the whole team, and anyone who’s done a course with us is interested in this topic.

But, we’re very aware that people are rightly sceptical of spirituality because there are so many fakers, bypassers and abusers in the field.

Whilst I won’t be donning any white robes, I am happy to be hosting an event with multiple perspectives to explore what embodied spirituality could be.”
