Develop skills that stay valuable in an AI age: a 3-month online course for coaches and facilitators.
We’ll also show you the bits most coaches miss - the stuff that looks obvious once you see it.
This is coach training for professionals who already work with clients.
If you’re unsure, email support@embodimentunlimited.com. We’d rather you join the right thing than force a sale.
However, this may not be a fit if you want therapy training, you want a certificate without practice, or you only want a self-paced library.
Common failure modes. Not moral failings. Just the bits people don’t train.
AI will make coaching MUCH cheaper and more readily available. It’s also better than you might think. People are already using it as a coach that’s available 24/7, nearly free of charge.
Frankly it will put a lot of us out of work, or at least change what we can offer. But it’s not human, and that's our edge... IF we lean into that and work in the right way.
Some reasons people still want human coaches are:
This course identifies and grows the “human” side of coaching. We’ll do this in a practical way with somatic coaching tools, simple models, and enjoyable practice.
These are the parts of coaching that stay valuable when AI makes advice cheap.
The concrete tools you can use immediately.
These are a mix of 20 years’ experience and brand new tools - our most up-to-date work, designed in light of rapidly changing technology.
You’ll leave with practical skills you can use with clients immediately:
The point is not ‘more knowledge’ - it’s deepening your wonderfully unique human coaching signature. Yes, you’ll learn some up-to-date neuroscience and some new techniques, but we’ll also go deeply into what makes human coaches irreplaceable.
Live, practical, and designed primarily for people already working with clients.
We’re not anti-AI. We just recommend using it well WITH what makes you human.
We’ll cover practical ways to use AI well:
Then we bring it back to the human edge: embodied presence, connection, calibration and relationship.
Good - this isn't repeated but is additional.
This is not a foundational course and it’s not designed for people who’ve never coached.
It’s aimed at people who already have a coaching, therapy, or facilitation background who want to sharpen the human side of the work for the AI era.
Mark Walsh is an embodiment coach and trainer specialising in trauma education, resilience and embodied leadership.
He’s the author of five books, host of The Embodiment Coaching Podcast (3M+ downloads, 700+ episodes), and founder of the global Embodiment Conference, which brought together 500,000 participants and 1000 speakers.
Mark co-founded the Certification of Embodiment Coaching and has trained over 2000 coaches in more than 50 countries. He’s led workshops at organisations including Google, Unilever, and L’Oreal, and founded a trauma education charity during the war in Ukraine.
An aikido black belt with nearly 30 years of experience in martial arts, yoga, conscious dance and meditation, embodiment is Mark’s life’s work and greatest passion. He probably couldn’t get a job doing anything else at this point.
Mark dances like your dad at a wedding and impresses cats with his stroking skills. He’s now tired of writing in the third person.
After a 25-year career as a doctor within the National Health Service, Helen retired as a consultant psychiatrist due to health challenges in 2017.
She initially found herself floundering with illness, pain and fatigue, and not much clarity about how to help herself. That set her on a practical path into holistic wellbeing and resilience.
Having practised yoga on and off since the age of 16, Helen completed her teacher training and an array of other courses, including Spiritual Coaching with Caroline Shola Arewa and Embodiment Coaching with Embodiment Unlimited.
Helen’s yoga training was completed with Yoga Alliance International directly with Swami Vidyanand, and also with YogaCourse and YogaRenew. She deepened her training by working with Kristine Weber of Subtle Yoga from around 2018.
A lifelong learner, Helen has continued to train widely. Since retiring, she has channelled her focus into yoga, embodiment, education, and practical resilience tools. She particularly likes working with people with persistent health issues, pain and fatigue, and also supports people with stress, overwhelm and burnout (often the same people). She offers a blend of yoga, meditation, education, and embodiment exploration practices designed to promote steadiness and resilience.
Live is recommended.
Places are limited so we can actually see people practise and give useful feedback.
