Sessions

What AI can’t do in coaching (Mark)

What it covers

A clear view of what AI can support and what it cannot replace - trust, judgement, state work, and behavioural change in real relationships. How to talk about this professionally with clients.

Who it is for

Coaches and facilitators who feel pressure from AI tools, cheap content, and clients expecting faster results.

What you can do after

Explain your human edge and use it in your marketing or client conversations.

Embodied leadership for chaotic times (Mark)

What it covers

Embodied ways to stay sane when the sh*t hits the fan - overload, uncertainty, conflict, speed. Practical state-first tools you can use in coaching and facilitation.

Who it is for

Coaches, facilitators, and leaders who work with high pressure environments and want tools that work in real life.

What you can do after

Centre yourself so you can move conversations from stress to action.

Coaching neurodivergent clients (Helen)

What it covers

Practical coaching adaptations for cognitive and sensory differences - pacing, clarity, structure, consent, environment, and communication. Coaching practice, not diagnosis.

Who it is for

Coaches and facilitators who already work with neurodivergent clients, or expect to, and want to be more skilled and respectful.

What you can do after

Use a small set of adaptations to improve clarity, reduce friction, and increase follow-through with neurodivergent clients.

The neuroscience of connection (Helen)

What it covers

Simple neuroscience insights that support coaching work - attention, stress, habit, learning, and decision-making. Focused on what you can observe and what you can do in-session.

Who it is for

Coaches and facilitators who want to use neuroscience without jargon or overclaiming.

What you can do after

Explain a simple “state affects choice” model and use it to coach a stuck client towards a clear next step.

Mark Walsh is an embodiment coach and trainer specialising in trauma education, resilience and embodied leadership.

He’s the author of five books, host of The Embodiment Coaching Podcast (3M+ downloads, 700+ episodes), and founder of the global Embodiment Conference, which brought together 500,000 participants and 1000 speakers.

Mark co-founded the Certification of Embodiment Coaching and has trained over 2000 coaches in more than 50 countries. He’s led workshops at organisations including Google, Unilever, and L’Oreal, and founded a trauma education charity during the war in Ukraine.

An aikido black belt with nearly 30 years of experience in martial arts, yoga, conscious dance and meditation, embodiment is Mark’s life’s work and greatest passion. He probably couldn’t get a job doing anything else at this point.

Mark dances like your dad at a wedding and impresses cats with his stroking skills. He’s now tired of writing in the third person.

Nervous System Educator
Read bio

After a 25-year career as a doctor within the National Health Service, Helen retired as a consultant psychiatrist due to health challenges in 2017.

She initially found herself floundering with illness, pain and fatigue, and not much clarity about how to help herself. That set her on a practical path into holistic wellbeing and resilience.

Having practised yoga on and off since the age of 16, Helen completed her teacher training and an array of other courses, including Spiritual Coaching with Caroline Shola Arewa and Embodiment Coaching with Embodiment Unlimited.

Helen’s yoga training was completed with Yoga Alliance International directly with Swami Vidyanand, and also with YogaCourse and YogaRenew. She deepened her training by working with Kristine Weber of Subtle Yoga from around 2018.

A lifelong learner, Helen has continued to train widely. Since retiring, she has channelled her focus into yoga, embodiment, education, and practical resilience tools. She particularly likes working with people with persistent health issues, pain and fatigue, and also supports people with stress, overwhelm and burnout (often the same people). She offers a blend of yoga, meditation, education, and embodiment exploration practices designed to promote steadiness and resilience.

FAQ

Is this therapy training?
This event is professional education for coaching and facilitation in work and life contexts. It focuses on practical skills: communication, decision-making, influence, and follow-through, using clear language and consent-based practices. The neuroscience content is informational and applied to coaching choices, not clinical explanation. The embodiment practices are brief and functional, aimed at clarity and steadiness, not emotional processing. We do not teach diagnosis, treatment, or therapy methods. If a conversation moves outside normal coaching scope, the appropriate response is to re-contract, stabilise the work, and signpost suitable support.
Do I need to attend live?
Live is best, but registration is enough to be emailed bonus access to replays from March 6-8.
Is this only for trained coaches and facilitators?
It is designed for trained coaches and facilitators. Leaders who coach others are also welcome.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes. Registrants receive the replay emails. There is also an optional recordings pack for ongoing access.
I am not technical. Is this event still for me?
Yes. This is about human coaching skills, not how to use AI tools.
Can I share this with a colleague?
Yes. Send them the registration link so they receive access and replay emails.
What happens after the event?
We will send the replay emails along with optional next steps based on your background.
