From the creators of The Embodiment Conference (500,000+ participants) and the Certification of Embodiment Coaching (trained 2,000+ coaches)
Let’s be honest: the world’s a bit of a mess.
Wars on the news. Doomscrolling before breakfast. Leaders who feel… detached from reality. Everyone’s “always on” and somehow more lonely than ever.
You might feel:
We live in a culture that mostly treats the body like a brain taxi – a thing to drag around, optimise, or ignore until it breaks.
But the body isn’t an optional extra. It’s:
We can’t fix the whole world in four days. But we can do something real:
Come back to the body, together, in ways that actually help.
That’s what The Embodiment Festival is for.
The Festival is for people who know something’s off – in themselves, in their work, or in the world – and want grounded, embodied ways to respond.
This isn’t a “talk about embodiment” conference. You’ll move, breathe, feel and practise – a lot.
Across four main days you’ll get:
Daily embodied practices to calm and energise your nervous system
Live workshops on trauma, boundaries, relationships, leadership, creativity and spirituality – all from the body up
Embodiment coaching demo’s where you’ll watch live coaching or volunteer to receive some yourself for free
Integration sessions so you actually digest what you learn, instead of drowning in content
Access to replays for three days, so you don’t have to ruin your nervous system binge‑watching
You won’t leave with 100 new ideas and zero follow‑through. You’ll leave with a handful of real practices and a sense of what’s next for you.
Throughout the Festival, there’s a clear thread designed for practitioners.
If you’re a coach, therapist, facilitator, bodyworker, teacher or leader, you’ll be able to:
Watch live embodiment coaching demos with commentary on what’s happening and why
Practise simple tools in breakout rooms, just like we do in our longer trainings
Learn how to bring the body into sessions without freaking out your clients
See how embodiment helps with anxiety, leadership, boundaries, conflict, trauma and more
Get a felt sense of what deeper training in embodied coaching is like (without having to commit to anything yet)
We’ll clearly mark these sessions as “Pro Track”, so you can find them easily.
If, by the end of the week, you know you want to go further… well, you’ll know exactly where to go.
There are a lot of online summits now. Some are great, some are, well… just not our style.
Here’s how we do things differently:
Deeply embodied, not just about embodiment. We don’t just talk about the body – we work with it in every session.
Tried in tough places – our tools have been used in war zones, with NGOs, activists, leaders and plenty of “normal” stressed‑out people.
Trauma‑aware, no spiritual bypass – we take trauma seriously, build consent and pacing in, and talk honestly about harm and power.
Humour + heart – we take the work seriously, not ourselves. Expect depth and silliness, dad jokes and cats.
For doers, not just thinkers – especially if you’re a practitioner, you’ll leave with tools you can use right away.
We run live sessions around the clock every day from January 12-15 so that the whole world has the opportunity to join live.
Titles and exact times for each session will be announced soon, along with more teachers.
Expect two types of sessions:
Each session runs for 30-minutes, whilst you’ll have the opportunity to stay for 15-minutes longer for questions or breakout rooms, too.
Bonus replays will be available to watch for free January 16-18 in case you can’t make your favourite sessions live.
Sessions are in various timezones (convert to your timezone here).

You’ll find teachers from many different modalities and practices.
Expect a range of perspectives and insights.
Mark Walsh teaches embodiment, trauma education and resilience.
He is the author of Embodiment, The Body in Training and Coaching, Embodied Meditation and People Un-Pleasing.
He hosts The Embodiment Coaching Podcast (2 million+ downloads), and led The Embodiment Conference (1000 teachers, 500,000 delegates). Seeing a theme yet?
He co-founded the Embodied Facilitator Course, and the online Certificate of Embodiment Coaching Course. He has certified over 2000 embodiment coaches, and taught workshops in over 40 countries.
Mark gained an honours in psychology, despite been an alcoholic at the time.
He has taught widely in the corporate world where he pretended to be a grown up for years, including with blue-chip companies (e.g. Google, Unilever, Shell, Axa, L’Oreal).
He has worked in war zones (including founding a trauma education charity in Ukraine), and entertained over 50,000 children.
Mark has headlined International Coach Federation events, lived with the circus and in slums, taught celebrities, and kissed a princess.
He's an aikido black belt, and also has 28 years of experience of other martial arts, with yoga, bodywork, improv comedy, conscious dance and meditation.
Embodiment is his obsession, life’s work, and frankly at this point he couldn’t get a job doing anything else.
Mark dances like your dad at a wedding, impresses cats with his stroking, and offends pirates with his swearing.
He is now tired of writing in the third person. It’s getting weird.

After a career as a doctor within the National Health Service, spanning 25 years, Helen retired as consultant psychiatrist due to health challenges in 2017.
Initially she found herself floundering in a new existence, with illness, pain and fatigue, and little idea how to help herself.
Having practised yoga on and off since the age of 16, she completed her teacher training and a array of other courses, including Spiritual Coaching, with Caroline Shola Arewa and Embodiment Coaching, with Embodiment Unlimited.
Helen's Yoga training was completed with Yoga Alliance International directly with Swami Vidyanand, and also with YogaCourse, YogaRenew. She deepened her training by working with Kristine Weber of Subtle Yoga since around 2018.
As a life-long learner, Helen has and continues to complete an array of other trainings.
Since retirement she's channelled her passion into holistic wellness: yoga, embodiment, building wellness and resilience.
She particularly likes working with people with persistent health issues, pain and fatigue.
Helen also supports people with stress, overwhelm and burnout (they are often the same people!)
She offers a blend of yoga, meditation, education, and embodiment exploration practices designed to promote wellness and resilience.
Sessions are crafted to be slow and mindful, fostering a deep connection within.
Whether you're new to yoga or have long standing experience, these practices are accessible.
Practices are all about developing your 'nervous system resilience'
