On the surface, modern life affords us opportunities that previous generations could only dream of. Yet, delve a little deeper, and something feels “off”.
Society pressures us to disconnect from our bodily wisdom. The world asks the impossible and it’s brutal. Algorithms agitate us and dictate what we see. More women than ever before struggle with depression and anxiety.
We doubt ourselves, push ourselves to exhaustion, and often feel like we’re not “good enough.”
In a world dominated by objectification, pushiness, and consumerism, it’s no wonder we feel overwhelmed.
Do we have to accept this?
Do you yearn to gently enjoy life, flow as your authentic self and not feel spread too thin?
Society’s one-size-fits-all approach fails to honour women’s cyclical nature, individuality, or the transitions we may go through, whether monthly, or over our lives as women. This includes having kids for some, along with changing roles in different eras of womanhood.
It’s often challenging to find “sisters” and role models, or even to find the time and space in our lives for that. But as women, we are nourished and thrive in the company of other women who truly understand our unique experiences.
Even in the embodiment world, where most practitioners are women, a disproportionate number of teachers are men. This can lead to approaches that just don’t feel right.
But it does not have to be this way!
We can release conditioning and stop living up to others’ crazy expectations. Let’s create our own space for growth and support.
Would you like a space to reconnect to your feminine power? To embrace your unique gifts as a woman? To feel human again, rather than pushed or pressured? To play? To lead?
Imagine moving through life with energy, grace, and a profound connection to your feminine intuition. Imagine tuning into the collective wisdom of a supportive community of women whenever you need. Imagine a more fulfilling way of being.
Women Rising is a great chance to do this.
Through a series of diverse masterclasses and community with inspiring women, you will learn to free the power of your body, flow, and intuition.
If you want to reclaim your body, your sovereignty, and your life in a nurturing shared space, you may like to…

You’ll get replays of both Women Rising panel discussions when you join the course.
These brought together many of the women on this series for conversations about how embodiment can empower women in their personal and professional lives.
Ever felt nervous about stepping fully into your calling, no matter what that is?
Does the idea of starting a business, taking a leadership role in your community, or stepping up at work makes your stomach turn?
Maybe you can’t bear the thought of the judgement you might get?
What if people question your competence or criticise you for being so bold?
You’re not alone.
So many of us, despite our strong callings, struggle. We worry about putting ourselves out there. And it’s no surprise really.
As a woman you’ve likely been carefully conditioned to “play small” and stay safe.
But the world needs more women who cast aside this conditioning.
We need to reclaim our power and bring our unique gifts to the people who need them.
That’s why we’re adding our self-paced Courage to Lead course as a bonus when you join Women Rising.
It’s an online, embodied journey for professional women and facilitators to raise their confidence to the same level as their abilities.
If you want to get to the core of what’s holding you back and learn the skills you need to feel that fear but do your thing anyway, this will help. It’s time to bring your unique gifts to those who need it.
This is available as a course bonus until July 14.
“I always enjoyed co-teaching with the women on our courses, many of whom you’ll see on this series, like Christina, Patricia, Karin, Flouer and Kandis.
As someone who grew up with both a mother and grandmother who taught, this is very normal and natural for me.
On top of that, many of my teachers and greatest supports along the way were women.
Now, I’m not known for being the most ‘PC’ person… But I do think, given how many women are interested in embodiment, plus the number of women who’ve helped me on my journey, that it’d be great if there were a higher number of women teaching. I always find it slightly surprising that so many of the better-known teachers are men, given how many women are involved in the field.
I’ve also been lucky enough to train some very good women and learn of many more through The Embodiment Podcast.
So, this series provides a good opportunity for you to learn from some of the women I’ve been lucky enough to learn from and teach alongside.
I’m also happy that two of the wise women on our team, Helen and Virginia, will be holding this series together and supporting you on your journey.
They’ve been a massive help to me recently, and I trust them both greatly. I know they’ll also be a nurturing support for all the women who join this community.”

We have a sense of humour and like to have fun while we teach.
If you’re easily offended, you may not like it.
These masterclasses are a place for robust adults.
Yes. Although please be mindful that working with the body can be triggering.
